How do you select people to stay at my house? Do you provide checks during and after the stay?

As J's Cozy Homes, we carefully evaluate guest requests, review their profiles and provide reference checks. Before each stay, we clean and inspect your property to make it ready for the new entrance. After the stay, we inspect your property again with our inspection team to determine the damage and make the house ready for the new entrance.

Do property owners incur any costs during the rental process?

As J's Cozy Homes, we manage the interior design requirements during the preparation phase of the house for the first guest and reflect them to the homeowner as an expense. In addition, the expenses of annual routine maintenance and repair work not caused by the guests are also reflected to the homeowner.

How is the rental amount determined?

As J's Cozy Homes, we regularly perform price optimization for your property. In order to ensure maximum occupancy during the price determination phase, we follow the prices of equivalent houses and reach the highest and most efficient rental income according to seasonal requirements.

Our commission rate varies depending on the service our homeowners and homes need. You can contact us for detailed information.

What do you do about home security and in case of damage to items in the house?

The safety of our guests and our homes is very important to us. For this reason, we carefully examine the guests we will host in your homes and accept guests with references. Within the framework of the law, we make the identity notification of the guests we will host in your home through the General Directorate of Security. Most platforms such as Airbnb offer a "Homeowner Circular" against damage and theft. In such cases, we, as J's Cozy Homes, conduct the damage and theft negotiation process with these platforms. If the damage is not caused by the guest, we inform you and create a damage and guest expense.

How is the payment process carried out?

J's Cozy Homes sends monthly payments to homeowners between the 5th and 10th of each month. In addition, we share a performance report with our homeowners every month where you can view and track the income performance of your home.

Law

Are short and medium term rentals legal?

Our houses that are approved by the Ministry of Tourism and Culture will be officially approved for tourism rentals of 100 days or less. You can contact us for detailed information.

Can I stay in my house rented with J's Cozy Homes whenever I want?

As J's Cozy Homes, we allow you to stay in our property whenever you want. However, since our priority is to provide our guests with comfortable accommodation, we have determined a few requirements regarding this. You must notify us 72 hours before the date you want to stay in your home. If there is a reservation made for your home on those dates, guest reservations cannot be canceled.

I will be check in after check-in time. How do you manage the check-in process?

As J's Cozy Homes, we are on duty 24/7 until our guests enter our homes safely. As soon as our guests' reservations are approved, we share our check-in instructions and house rules with our guests. We work with all our might to help our guests create wonderful memories and leave a sweet smile in those memories.

Will I pay any cleaning fees while I stay in the house?

We complete all the preparations and cleaning process of our house professionally before you enter our house. Apart from this, if you request an extra cleaning, it is subject to a fee.

Are your home locations safe?

All our houses are located in safe and central locations that will not put our guests' safety at risk. Our houses are within walking distance of all public transportation and right in the center of socializing areas.

Can I leave my personal belongings at home?

For your safety, we kindly ask you to keep your important personal belongings (passport, ID, etc.) with you.

What is the process if I experience any problems during my stay at home?

If you experience any problems during your stay in our homes, you can contact us 24/7. We will take action regarding your problem within 1 hour at the latest.

What kind of support do you offer to your guests at home?

There are fully equipped kitchens in our homes for our guests to feel comfortable and enjoy their holidays. We also offer services such as welcome snack pack, bathroom set (toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, shower gel).
